Key Responsibilities
- Understand Clients’ financial needs
- Determine clients’ expenses, level of income, insurance coverage, their financial objectives and goals, tax status and risk tolerance
- Give advices to clients about financial planning, investment planning, Insurance, or any other areas in order to help them reach their financial goals
- Prepare Financial plans for clients and present them
- Meeting Business Targets and Client Retention goals.
- Answer clients’ questions, address concerns and resolve them as per SLAs
- Regularly review clients’ portfolio and have continuous engagement
- Preparing or interpreting financial document summaries, investment performance reports and income projections, Tax implications for clients
- Continuous communication with clients’ to stay up to date with their financial status
- Building and maintaining your client base.
Qualifications required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.
- Knowledge of Financial & Securities market and Insurance
- 2-3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor / Client Relationship manager or similar role
- Certification Financial Domain like CFP, CFA, NISM certification will be added advantage
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, Social Media professional tools like Linked In, Facebook etc
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, written and spoken English is must.
